that I did not chatter of resolutions this year, I made myself take good .. I have no choice but to respond as three wonderful Copinautes kindly gave me the tag:)

First my tite Nurse Adored Carolina. A woman of energy almost inhuman. Sometimes I wonder if she takes the time to sleep at night so she browses. I love her and I love this cottage tite ball of energy on two legs ..

Then my dear Maripel . A Copinaute I know since the beginning of my adventure on blogshère. Her cottage is full of beautiful recipes. I have great respect for this great lady ..

And then my dear Miss Kat . A new character that I get to know for some time and that makes me drool not so. Not because it is not nice but because his Z'Images are too, too tempting ..

So here is my great challenges. Please do not think that my cottage is messy as these Z'Images .. Only a few pieces lol!

~ Can you explain why the recipe said I should get 4 dozen cookies? Shoo! I only harvested 22 bescuits .. Not even two dozen ..

Do not try to convince me that I'm greedy and I exaggerated the tablespoon of dough. What? The recipe called for heaped teaspoons, not tablespoons? Nah, it's almost like not?

I will still not going to complain .. My bescuits were just too soft and disappeared faster than the time to wash the dishes. And while cooking least cookies, I more likely not to burn so equal not wasted! Moe ch'u not so crazy, no, no!

Chip Cookies chocolate and butterscotch chips

What you need ..

2 1 / 4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 tsp salt
3 / 4 cup butter or margarine softened
3 / 4 cup granulated sugar
3 / 4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chocolate chips

What you need ..

Preheat oven to 375 ° f.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until homogeneous. Add eggs and beat well.

1 pound dry white beans
1 / 2 lb. salt pork cut into small pieces about 1 cm (half inch) thick
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
1 / 3 to 1 / 2 cup maple syrup 1-2 c.
teaspoon dry mustard 1 onion, peeled

Salt and pepper

* I added 1 / 2 lb of uncooked bacon .. menoum!!

What to do ..

Soak beans in cold water for 12 hours *. Drain and rinse. Place half the salt pork in bottom of an enameled cast iron Dutch oven or in a heavy saucepan. Cover with half of beans, add the remaining bacon, then add the remaining beans.

What you need ..

5 cups Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced
(about 5 medium apples)
5 cups peeled and sliced apples McIntosh
(about 5 medium apples)
1 1 / 4 cup sugar, divided
1 1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
3 / 4 cup butter or margarine, divided
1 1 / 3 cup toffee bits Chipits Skor
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 / 4 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 4 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 4 tsp salt

What to do ..

Preheat oven to 375 ° f. Grease a 13x9x2 inch.

Toss apple slices, 3 / 4 cup sugar and 1 / 4 cup flour to coat evenly over apples. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 / 4 cup diced butter.

Mix butterscotch chips, rolled oats, 1 / 2 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Melt 1 / 2 cup butter and add to oatmeal mixture and stir until a grainy texture. Spread the breadcrumbs on apples.

Bake 45-50 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and apples are tender.

This morning when I turned in my warm bed, I think: Should not especially as I get up late for the first morning of school this week at my bo Harry (I assure transportation) .. And plus I gotta go look Maximus at 7:20 am .. (If I'm not home before the bus from his guardian, he's left alone outside, so we not stupid! Especially at -20 °)

Today I leave you a pretty good recipe for beef cubes. The meat so tender flakes with a fork. As consumer demand for beef and onion soup, still high in salt, pepper and although I only was perfect.

beef cubes and vegetables in the oven

What you need ..

2 pounds stewing beef cubes 2 cans
beef consommé
3 bay leaves 2 cloves garlic

chopped 1 envelope onion soup
3 carrots, peeled, cut into

2 parsnips peeled, cut into small red
Small Petak
green beans
pepper to taste
** PS. Pardon! I totally forgot to tell you about my 12 pearl onions ..

What to do ..

Place beef cubes in an ovenproof dish with a lid. * I used my hearth:)

consumed Combine beef, garlic and envelope onion soup in a bowl.

Pour over cubes of beef mixture and then add water to cover the beef cubes.

Add the bay leaves and pepper to taste. Bake at 300 ° f for 2h30 (watching tender cubes after 2 hours depending on your oven).

For the last half hour of cooking add the vegetables.

ham mousse

What you need ..

picnic ham 2 cups shredded cooked
2 shallots, finely chopped 1 small carrot

finely grated 1 can cream of celery
2 envelopes gelatin dissolved in 1 / 2 cup cold water
8 ounces cream cheese 1 tbsp
tablespoons mayonnaise

What to do ..

Heat the cream of celery in a water bath. Add cream cheese and melt it.

Add gelatin and mix well. Add ham, shallots, carrot and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Empty into molds / containers lightly oiled. Refrigerate several hours.

Phew! I totally had an orgasm with a culinary pie Chinese. Must be done eh? I know, I know, I'm far from the block of my beautiful Chinese Teresa . I hope she will forgive me:)

Just trying to show you my recipe and I saliva! Humm taste candied snails with the mixture gives a tad sweeter than the red pepper is absolutely delicious and melt in the mouth .. If you like the ingredients of this recipe, I highly recommend it! As for me I will reoffend when I'm having the vesite to discover this new kind of Chinese pie:)

Pate Chinese snails and mussels

What you need ..

24 snails canned, rinsed and drained
1 / 2 cup melted butter
1 clove garlic chopped
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 pounds mussels cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
Small onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
* I used 1 / 2 cup tomato Canned
Salt ~ Pepper
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
~ 1 cup celery root, cooked and mashed
* I used 1 cup of carrot puree:)
2 tbsp olive oil

What to do ..

In a small saucepan over medium ~ sweet confit snails in butter, garlic and parsley for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.

Remove the shells of mussels and toss with the mussels and snails. Remove at the bottom of a baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté onion and peppers for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer over medium ~ sweet for 5 minutes. ~ Salt and pepper.

Spread this mixture on the preparation of snails and mussels. Combine both purees and 2 tbsp olive oil, then drop by over the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 450 ° f.

you worry ~! I'm fine and not Ch'u still mixed with strawberries you chatting on this beautiful winter day lol! I want to tell you about my extra frozen and a wonderful recipe:)

Yesterday I was looking for a simple dessert to make and without departing from the meson. Ie to do with the means at hand (I like it more:) So in my yeutant in frozen (I still just three!) I noticed the beautiful red strawberries Titus right next to a bag of tit rhubarb. Strawberry and rhubarb pudding? Good idea my beautiful Donalda ~ I tell myself ..

As I had no desire to repeat my usual recipe, I nosed and found a treasure tit pudding with maple syrup .. Even not being greedy (you know:) as I tended to salivate before the pudding bo Sakya in his cottage table Celebrate Sakya:)

is the result. If I can not convince you that this pudding is delicious, try the ~ just to see, to devote yuste:)

pudding with rhubarb, strawberry and maple

What you need ..


1 tsp tablespoons butter 15 ml
1 cup (250 ml) maple syrup
½ cup (125 ml) brown sugar 2 tablespoons
tea (10 ml) flour 1 ½ cups
(375 ml) fresh strawberries
* I used 2 cups (500 ml) strawberries from my stash in the freezer:)
1 ½ cups 375 ml rhubarb chopped
* I used 1 cup (250 ml) of rhubarb from my stash in the freezer:)


2 eggs 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
* 1 / 2 cup sugar for me:)
1 / 4 c. 1 tsp vanilla
ml 1 / 4 cup 60 ml of vegetable fat (shortening)
* golden Crisco for me:)
1 3 / 4 cup 245 g flour 2 tsp
Tea 10 ml baking powder (baking powder)
1 / 4 c. tsp salt 1 ml
3 / 4 cup 200 ml milk

What to do ..

Bring to boil butter, syrup, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons teaspoon flour, strawberries and rhubarb, cook 7 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 F ° (180 ° C).

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla two minutes. Add

fat, stir and reserve.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and add to eggs, alternating with milk.
